Bosnia-Herzegovina

A Bosnia Serb, G. G., accused of violations of the laws and custums of war (Article 109 of the Military Criminal Code) for having severely beaten up several detainees at the Omarska and Keratem camps during the 1992 summer, was arrested by the Geneva police.

On 18 April 1997, the Military Tribunal, Division 1, acquitted him for lack of proof (Judgment in French only).
