In the judgment, the Trial Chamber gives a definition of the notion of individual responsibility:
“Individual criminal responsibility attaches to persons who, in the terms of Article 7(1) of the Statute, ‘planned, instigated, ordered, committed or otherwise aided and abetted in the planning, preparation or execution of a crime referred to in articles 2 to 5 of the present Statute.’” (Jokic - Miodrag, Trial Chamber, March 18, 2004, para. 56) |
